Christian Gullott is a corporate executive and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience unlocking enterprise value through multifaceted economic incentives, strategic public/private partnerships, site selection initiatives, and legislative/regulatory risk management. His collaborative leadership has resulted in over $700 million in economic incentives, grants, and tax credits/abatements in the automotive/heavy-equipment manufacturing, warehousing, agricultural, R&D, and energy infrastructure sectors. His background in government affairs, corporate development, industry association leadership, and economic development strategy has provided differentiated operational enterprise value. Chris' comprehensive business and policy experience has enabled major plant expansions, corporate headquarters relocations, and multi-state site selection projects - optimizing return on invested capital, and liquidity timelines, while reducing overall investment risk.
